In order to meet and exceed customer expectations, we are only able to commit to new projects on a case by case basis. We will only prioritize those who fill out our custom inquiry form, and at minimum we require the following before any communication will begin:

1.) Timeframe/Deadline
2.) Budget/Range*
3.) Inspiration images

*We are unable to provide estimates prior to meeting and/or before gaining the pertinent information we need to proceed.

Please allow *3 months minimum* for custom projects, expedited services are available for premium fee, or premade options available via special order for holidays and milestone occassions.

Stella Blue Design only offers repairs for our exclusive clients only. *We will not prioritize repairs during our peak holiday seasons and for designs not made by us, we will only proceed with clients willing to accept 4-6 week minimums. For repairs that require sourcing specific materials and involve outside resources please expect upwards 3 month minimums. For multiple repairs please expect longer timeframes. Repairs are by appointment only, book an appointment online.
